Arabidopsis Thaliana

Arabidopsis Thaliana is a small flowering plant native to Eurasia. It is edible by humans. It is used in salads with other mustard greens, like many species in the Brassicaceae. It is a prolific producer of seeds by which it makes genetics studies easier.
