Many advanced treatment course is used to treat disorders like Schizophrenia, Affective Disorders and Anxiety Disorders. In the management of neuropsychosis social counseling followed by treatment with course of psychotropic drugs have been used. Generally prescribed drugs are Chlorpromazine, Reserpine, Haloperidol and Atypical Neuroleptics.
