Polyphenols are the micronutrients which are abduntaly present in our diet. Polyphenols role is to prevention from degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular diseases and cancer. They also protect cell and body chemicals against damage and can block the action of enzymes. Polyphenols removes free radicals from the body which are responsible for the damage of the cells.
