Infrequent or abnormal ovulation accounts for all cases of ovulation. Irregular periods, no periods, or abnormal bleeding often indicates anovulation. The primary symptoms of infertility are difficulty in getting pregnant. Other symptoms include scarring in the fallopian tubes, abnormalities in the shape or lining of the uterus, etc.
