Diet is a major factor of Obesity. Drinking and eating less, choosing healthier food, avoiding fast food, sugary drinks and processed food. Obesity can be controlled by following healthy diet which includes plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, high cereal fibre foods, legume foods, drinking plenty of water.
