Biography
Dr. Bhalchandra P.Vibhute was appointed Food Biotechnology Research Journal FBRJ's Editor in 2017. He is working as an Assistant Professor, Agricultural Engineering Department, School of Engineering (SoE), Faculty of Technology (FoT), RK University, Rajkot (Gujarat), India. He is a recognized Guide for Ph.D. in the subject of Chemical Engineering in the University. He is a specialist in agricultural engineering, food science and technology, food quality and safety, functional foods, food neutraceuticals, chemical technology, seaweeds and algae, industrial biotechnology, oils and fats, underutilized plant resources over time. He is a member of 1) American Chemical Society (ACS), U.S.A. 2) International Society of Food Engineers (ISFE is an IUFoST Interest Group), U.S.A.3) International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Hong Kong, China. 4) International Society for Environmental Information Sciences (ISEIS), Canada. Dr. Bhalchandra won Startup Weekend Rajkot competition, powered by Google for Entrepreneurs organized at RK University, Rajkot on 16-18 December 2016.
