Biography
Professor Pietro Giorgio Calo, born in Cagliari on 07/07/1966, was graduated in Medicine on 07/23/1990 bringing 110/110 cum laude with special mention because of its curriculum. On 19/06/1995 he specialized in Surgical Oncology at the University of Cagliari with a score of 50/50 cum laude. In 2014 he obtained a license to full professor.He teaches Clinical Methodology and General Surgery in specializing schools in Surgery and Otorhinolaryngology, Pietro Giorgio Calo is a councilor of S.I.E.C. (Italian Society of Endocrine Surgery) and the Board of Associate Professors of Surgery and Vice-President of the Club of UEC (Endocrine Surgery Unit). He is also a reviewer of of numerous international journals. Pietro Giorgio Calo is an author of numerous scientific articles in international journals and book chapters which carried out a large number of surgeries, particularly in the field of endocrine surgery.
