Biography
I finished Moscow medical academy I.M.Sechenov in 1993. In 1993-1998 I had education on the trauma and orthopedics department in the same university. In 1998 I defended science research and began to work in this department as the professor assistant. From 1998 to 2006 I worked in Botkinâ city hospital in Moscow city joint replacement center as the professor assistant. In 2006 I became the head of this center. In 2009 I defended the scientist research in revision hip surgery and became the doctor of medicine science and professor of trauma and orthopedics department. During these years I had deal with primary and revision hip and knee replacement. I perform 250-300 replacements per year and in general 1200 replacements performed per year. I have a good experience with a lot of famous hip and knee products, especially TM products, augments, ceramics. I have about 80 scientific publications in Russian journals, 4 monographs, about 25 reports per year and 25 invitation patents in Russia. I had two reports on SICOT meeting in Rio last year. After defending science research â Revision hip surgery in aseptic loosening in 2010, I became the professor of trauma and orthopedics department of the first Moscow State Medical University I.M.Sechenov. I read lectures for specialists and students. And I combine my work as a head of Moscow city joint replacement center in Botkinâ city hospital.
Research Interest
My science and research interest are primary and revision hip and knee surgery.
