Biography

Hung-Jen Liu is a distinguished Professor of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Director of Rong Hsing Research Center for Translational Medicine at the National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. He completed his D.V.M. degree at the Department of Veterinary Medicine in National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree from Auburn University in USA and completed his postdoctoral training in 1997 from Manitoba University School of Medicine in Canada. He is particularly interested in studying virus and host interaction, signal transduction, and development of subunit vaccines using a baculovirus display system. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of two international scientific journals and editorial board members of 10 international scientific journals and published more than 160 publications, patents, and book chapters.
