Biography
Dr.Fang received his BSc degree in Molecular Biology in Jilin University and PhD at China Medical University. He finished his postdoctoral training in study experimental colitis at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at Shreveport, USA. During his postdoctoral research, he studied the temporal genome transcription profiles of DSS and T-cell transfer colitis as well as genome transcription comparison between experimental colitis and pediatric IBD. He is currently an Assistant Project Scientist working at Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, David Geffen School of Medicine, University of California, Los Angeles, California. His research interest includes microRNA functions in human colonic epithelial cells inflammation.
