Biography

Dilip has received his PhD in biomedical science from University of Calcutta, India. Previously, he held positions in Organon (India) Ltd.; HortResearch, New Zealand; USDA-ARS, HNRCA at Tufts University, Boston; The Smart Foods Centre, & Neptune Bio-Innovation Pty Ltd, Australia. He is a most sought after international speaker, facilitator and author. He is a fellow of American College of Nutrition, Professional member, AIFST, and also in editorial board of several journals. Currently Dr. Ghosh is professionally associated with SFI and Nutriconnect, Sydney, Australia; Honorary Ambassador, Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI). Dr. Ghosh has published more than 70 papers in peer reviewed journals, numerous articles in food and nutrition magazines and books. His two recent books, “Biotechnology in functional foods and nutraceuticals”, and “Innovation in healthy and functional foods” have been published in 2010 & 2012. His last book, “Clinical aspects of functional foods & nutraceuticals” is just published.
