Dr. Charlie Li is working asAdjunct professor, Environmental Toxicology Department, University of California, Davis.California, U.S.After receiving his Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology at Oregon State University (1994), Dr.
Li did his postdoctoral research at UC Davis from 1994 to 1997 and followed a second
postdoctoral research with USDA-ARS in Albany, CA from 1997-1998. After working in the food
processing industry for three years (1998-2001), Dr. Li came to State of California serving as a
Chemist and Research Scientist. Since 2014, Dr. Li joined as an adjunct professor with UCD.
Charlie Li?s research areas have focused on food chemistry,
food biochemistry and environmental chemistry, and more recently has focused on quantitative
and qualitative analyses in food and drugs.
