Biography | ||
Matthew Durant has completed his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Acadia University in 1999. In 2003, he completed his Masters of Education in Educational Psychology and Human Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University. By 2008, he attained his Doctor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies from Dalhousie University. Presently, he is a clinical dietician and certified diabetes educator who teaches and conducts research related to medical nutrition therapy, specifically as it relates to parenteral and enteral nutrition support. Currently, he is entering his 15th year of teaching at Acadia University, in the School of Nutrition and Dietetics. |
