Biography | ||
Postdoctoral research fellow in Paul Carter’s lab at Roche/Genentech, US. My role is to utilize protein-engineering principles to develop novel protein/antibody formats for disease-state specific targets. I am also involved in projects related to molecular and atomic levels understanding of mechanisms that drive production of next generation multivalent antibody formats. I have completed a successful PhD from Dr. Peter Chien’s lab at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My outstanding work that uncovered a novel adaptor hierarchy involved in cell cycle-dependent protein degradation in a model bacterial system, was published in the journal Cell as a first author paper. Having gained insight into protein degradation, I wrote a review, which was published in the Annual Review. I have another first author manuscript that is currently under review by JBC. |
