Biography
Dr Velusamy is a Senior Lecturer in Electronic Engineering at Manchester Metropolitan University. Dr Velusamy has an established a track record in devising smart bio/chemical sensors and implementation of integrated biotechnological solutions for wide range of applications. Her multidisciplinary research focuses into sustainable water resource management; implementation of the IOT in biotechnological applications; integrated portable device development; modified electrodes using nano biomaterials for environment and healthcare sensing; and development of wearable devices for sports and healthcare applications.
