Research Interest
My Research interest is the study of dietary patterns and also other lifestyles and its association with metabolic traits (obesity, lipid metabolism, inflammation, blood glucose and hard outcome such as myocardial infarction, stroke or mortality). I am also interested in the gene*lifestyle interactions. In addition, I have been conducting some research in children (preschoolers and adolescents) to study dietary habits and its determinants.
