Biography
I completed my bachelor degree in Nutrition from Acadia University in 1999. In 2003, I completed Master of Education in Educational Psychology and Human Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University. By 2008, I got Doctor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies from Dalhousie University.
Presently, I am a clinical dietician and certified diabetes educator who teaches and conducts research related to medical nutrition therapy, specifically as it relates to parenteral and enteral nutrition support. I am entering my 15th year of teaching at Acadia University, in the School of Nutrition and Dietetics.
