Teaching: 38 years teaching experience of Physiology & Biochemistry to undergraduate Medical & Pharmacy students. 6 years experience of Cell Biology/Histology to Biology and Pharmacy/medical students. External Examiner of Physiology for about 15years in various universities of Pakistan.
Research Interest
Biochemical: Spectrophotometry, spectrofluorometry, Stop-flow system (for fast Kinetics), various chromatographic techniques (ion exchange, gel filtration, Affinity, chromatofocusing, etc), electrophoresis, enzyme kinetics, PCR, immunoblotings, site-directed mutagenesis, DNA sequencing, etc. Physiological: blood cells counting, spirometry, blood pressure and ECG Recordings, recording of muscle (skeletal, heart and smooth) contraction (by Kymograph & polygraphs), recording of action potentials, histology, etc.
