Jie Yin is from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. He has done many work about nutrition and amino acid metabolism.
Research Interest
Nutrition with emphasis on how nutrition (amino acids and peptides) and diet affect growth performance, immune system, oxidative balance, and nutritional absorption. Meanwhile, oxidative stress, antioxidant signal, oxidative stress-inflammation, and antioxidant agent (such as cysteine and methionine) are also focused.
