Biography

Francesca Margheri completed her B.S., Master's and Ph.D. degree from University of Florence. In 2009 she was honored with ?Best Young Scientist? Award for the Società Italiana di Patologia (SIP) on the occasion of the ?Beyond the bench?? preparing your career transition? Meeting at Naples. She has patent on "Nanoparticle Melanoma Thermoplastic Therapy and Therapy". She has 41 publications in differenr journals.

Research Interest

The role of uPAR and uPA in in vitro experimental model, uPAR function in cancer metabolism and in resistance of BRAF melanoma cells.
