Biography
Abbas Ali is an assistant professor of Civil Engineering Department, The Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. He earned my Ph.D. degree in Water Resources and Hydraulics from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad at Razavi Khorasan, Northeast of Iran.
I received my Master degree in Civil Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and my Bachelor degree in Water Engineering from Khajeh Nasir University of Technology in Tehran, Iran. He joined the Department of Civil Engineering at Islamic Azad University of Mashhad in August 2007. He is director of Arid Environment Research Center in Iran which dealing with development aspects in arid and semi-arid environments and in the drought condition.
