Research Interest
My long-term research interests involve CAR-T therapy on NK/T cell lymphoma and MultipleMyeloma and explore new antigen at these two diseases as CAR-T targets. My academic training and research experience to date have provided me with an excellent background in molecular biology, genomics and hematology. When I pursued my M.S. degree at Institute of Hematology Jinan University, I conducted research with Dr. Yangqiu Li on the gene expression profile of Tcell acute lymphoblastic leukemia with altered MALT1 and A20 gene. For current Ph.D. training at Cleveland Clinic, I moved my study into the fields of CAR-T therapy for the NK/T cell lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma, under Dr. Yong Li. Along with improving therapeutic strategies for existing targets, exploration of neoantigen by use of exome and transcriptome sequencing is also my project aim.
