Biography
Feijun Luo is Professor and director of Laboratory of Molecular Nutrition, College of Food Science and Engineering, Central South University of Forestry and Technology. He received his Ph.D degree in 2001 from Central South University, China and then took his postdoctoral research in Institute of Transgene, CNRS, France during 2001-2003. Prior to joining CSUFT in 2013, Feijun Luo had been worked in the Department of Pathology, University of Cambridge, UK during 2003-2012.
 
Research Interest
Professor Luo?s research interest focuses on bioactivity of nutraceuticals, functional foods, fatty acids and cholesterol and studies signal pathway of phytochemicals and carcinogenesis
