| Biography | ||
I am Saurabh Shankar Patel from Nalanda, Bihar, India. I did my graduation in Dairy Technology from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, a prestigious institute of dairying in Asia, located in Karnal, Haryana, India. I did my post-graduation in Food Engineering and Management from National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, a premier institute under Ministry of Food Processing Industries, India. After that I worked for 1 year in different types of food related industries to understand the know-how and gap between industries and research institutes. I am currently pursuing PhD in Dairy Engineering from ICAR-NDRI. I am exploring the use of encapsulated bioactives for the development of dairy based beverages. I was awarded director’s silver medal during graduation studies. Except from my scientific interests, I am passionate towards working for betterment of lives and thinking of Indian villagers. |
