Dr. Xiang-jun, Leng, Professor, College of Fisheries and Life Science, Shanghai Ocean University, China, the member of committee of Aquatic animal nutrition and feed branch of Chinese Fisheries Society, Feed branch of Chinese Feed and oil Society, Shanghai Feed Industry Association, and the editorial board member of Feed industry. Published more than 180 academic papers, obtained 3 patents, participated in editing 5 books and formulating 1 national standard of aquatic industry.
Research Interest
Research direction includes aquaculture nutrition, feed evaluation and processing, feed and aquatic food safety.
