Dr. Rajesh Kumar is a Research Expert in
Basic Molecular Biology: Cloning of genes, PCR, Southern blot, Isolation and Purification of RNA/DNA, Gene editing using CRISPR/Cas9, Microarray and Real time PCR (SYBR Green & Taqman PCR), SNPs, RFLP, si-RNA transfection using Electroporation and Chemical transfection, digital PCR for vector copy number variation in Lentivirus-transduced cells and animal tissues.
