Dr. Ping Yu is currently affiliated to College of Food Science and Biotechnology,Zhejiang Gongshang University,Zhejiang Province, People?s Republic of China, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Industrial enzymes,catalysis. Dr. Ping Yu is serving as an honorary author for Enzyme Engineering & other reputed journals and has authored several articles along with chapters in different books related to Food Science,biotechnology.

Food biotechnology with emphasis on food fermentation and food enzymology.
