Extensive knowledge and experience in plant ecological and evolutionary genomics and crop improvement techniques including lab and field experiments
Well versed hands on experience in molecular biology techniques like qRT-PCR, PCR, Sequencing, Electrophoresis, DNA and RNA isolation & purification and Molecular marker analysis (SSR, AFLP, SNPs)
Good-hands-on skills on chromatographic (HPTLC and GC/LC-MS) and distillation techniques
Well versed expertise in plant tissue culture, cytogenetic and phenotypic techniques
Good handling experience to maintain the green house
