Professor (Ph.D.) Meir Lotan is a physical therapist clinically active for the past 31 years. Treating, writing, teaching and investigating the areas of PT for people with intellectual disability (with emphasis on Rett syndrome were I am considered the world leading physical therapist) and Autism.
