LAYAM ANITHA is currently the Associate Professor of Department of Health Sciences, Clinical Nutrition Track, College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Princess Nora Bint AbdulRahman University, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She was the Associate Professor of Department of Microbiology and Food Science & Technology, GITAM Institute of Science, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India in the year 2014 and Assistant Professor of Department of Applied Human Nutrition, University of Hawassa, Awassa, Ethiopia in the year 2008.She received her graduation in the year 1987, Masters in the year 1989 and PhD in the year 2004.She has 18 Journal Publications, 5 Publications in Conference Proceedings and one Book Publication. She has 34 National or International Conference Presentations. She has born on 11th February 1966, in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
