Biography

Dr. Khaled Soliman obtained his Ph.D degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal, Canada. He is certified by the American Board of Medical Physics (DABMP) in Medial Health Physics. He occupies the position of consultant medical physicist and deputy director of the Medical Physics Department. His current research interests are in the area of radiation dosimetry and protection in medicine. His latest projects involve the use of newly available dosimeters to perform clinical reference dosimetry in diagnostic radiology. He is an editorial board member for the international Journal of Radiology. He has currently 11 peer reviewed articles published in international journals with impact factors.
