Dr. Juneyoung Park is a research assistant professor of the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering of the University of Central Florida. He received his doctorate in Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering Major) and certificate in SAS Data Mining at the University of Central Florida. He is an expert in traffic safety analysis and data mining application. He is member of two Transportation Research Board (TRB) committees: User Information Systems and Traffic Control Devices. His research interests mainly focus on the areas of transportation and traffic safety, driver behavior, simulations, user experience, data mining applications in transportation field, transportation sustainability analysis, and traffic control devices. Dr. Park has published his papers in peer-reviewed journals including Accident Analysis and Prevention, Transportation Research Part C, ASCE Journal of Transportation Engineering, Journal of Safety Research, and Transportation Research Record.
