Biography
Prof. J.Flieger is a specialist in the development of chromatographic techniques applied in the separation and isolation of natural and synthetic compounds. She authored numerous chromatographic studies in this field. She published eight chapters in books on analytical chemistry, chromatography of natural products and ionic liquids.
Jolanta Flieger graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Medical University in Lublin at the highest position among all Medical University students. At the beginning she worked in the group of the pioneer of chromatographic theory - Prof. E.Soczewi?ski. She presented her doctoral thesis in 1999. Later on she worked at Assistant Professor position and after 2009
as an Associate Professor in Department of Analytical Chemistry at Pharmacy Division. In 2014 she obtained the title of full Professor.
Research Interest
high-performance liquid chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, chaotropic effect, lipophilicity determination, ionic liquids, extraction and isolation techniques.
