Biography
Fatima A. M. Lino has a M.Sc. in Planning of Energy Systems from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Campinas (UNICAMP); Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid and Thermal Area, and Post-doctorate in the Department of Energy of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Co-author of 4 books in Solar Energy, Fuels, and other Engineering subjects, 29 articles in specialized scientific journals and 9 conference papers. Dr Lino also translated a heat transfer book for Mc Graw Hill from English to Portuguese.
Research Interest
Current research activities include solid waste management and treatment system, Waste-to-Energy projects, assessment of waste treatment and energy production pre-projects, wastewater management, renewable energy resources, solar energy systems, Phase change materials and their application in storage systems and buildings for passive thermal comfort.
