Biography
Faiz Mohammed is currently Pharmacology Specialist in school of Medicine, college of Medicine and Health Sciences, Wolkite university, Ethiopia. He was a head of Health Education Development Center in Dire Dawa University, college of Medicine and Health Sciences, where he carried out a number of neurobehavioral and other researches. His previous professional experience includes Head of Pharmacy Department in Harar Health Science College, Harar, Ethiopia. He was delivering pharmacology and toxicology courses for Medical, Pharmacy and other Health Science students. He was also Head of Pharmacology unit in the college. He also got a grant on psychosis research from Dire Dawa University in 2014/2015. He won 2014 Award of Excellence from Africa and Middle East Congress on Addiction (AMECA). His (forthcoming) publications include areas of learning and memory, aggression, malaria, liver and renal function, cervical cancer etc. He completed his MSc. in Pharmacology at Addis Ababa University in 2014.
