Biography

Dr. Philomena George did her Ph.D. from Gujarat University Ahmedabad and her Post -Doc. from International Institute of Biotechnology and Toxicology ( IIBAT) Chennai, Madras University. And she has 33 years of experience which includes 15 years of teaching and 18 years of Industrial Experience in both Govt. and Private Biotech Industries (R&D) as well as Production Units.

Research Interest

Plant Tissue Culture, Medicinal Plants for Health Care, Hydroponics, Biofuel Biodiversity Conservation, Nutraceuticals for malnourishment and obesity control.
