Biography
I am an Associate Professor at the Department of anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). In 2005, I was enrolled in the Master?s program in Anatomy at the Center for Anatomical Science and Education at the Department of Surgery of the School of Medicine at Saint Louis University. However, in the August of 2006, I was transitioned into the PhD program in Anatomy without the completion of the Master?s program. Thus, I pursued my PhD in Anatomy from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2010.
Research Interest
My areas of interest and expertise include mechanisms of neuronal degeneration in neurodegenerative diseases, including ataxia and Parkinson disease, as well as the alterations subsequent to the induction of Diabetes Mellitus.
