Biography
I am the first child of three, part of a nuclear family. I was born and raised in Mexico City. I enter Medicine School at 16-years-old in the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM). During the race I enter a highly demanding academic program focused on medical research called NUCE (Educative Quality Nuclei). During my stay I was part of multiple projects in basic research in molecular biology. Perform community service at the National Institute of Cardiology Ignacio Chavez in the molecular biology laboratory where further develop this field , getting involved in multiple lines of research and publication so far . During this period had the opportunity to wrote three chapters of a book for medicine students and the orthopedic chapters section for the book for aspiring medical residents (EXARMED) . I always wanted to be a surgeon and I am aware that research in this field is lacking in my country , a fact that I would change. I am doing the General Surgery Residency in the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). In the last year I had developed a clinical trial of appendicitis planning to finalize and publish it in the next 6 months. During this period I am addressing my group of residents to develop 4 lines of research in laparoscopic procedures , cholecystitis, diabetic foot and fast track in colon surgery, and publication of some case reports. Actually I am Editor for Medjaden and had realice multiple reviews for journals like Medicine and would like to work as editor for other journals like yours in the future.
