Biography
· I am an Assistant Professor in General Surgery at Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan. This job combines the aspects of academic, research and clinical practice together. It involves a two-way knowledge exchange for medical students and residents.
· Prior to this job I was a Consultant Laparoscopic and General Surgeon for nearly 4 years (until 2016) in Glasgow, United Kingdome. I completed my training in Glasgow in a variety of hospitals and got the FRCS there.
· I have been interested in academia and research for years. I got the research-based master degree in Clinical leadership at Glasgow University, UK. And I am about to get PhD Surgery (research-based) degree from the Glasgow university, UK. I have a number of publications and presentations in journals and international meetings.
· I am interested in research related to general surgery. This includes laparoscopic and endoscopic fields.
