Biography
Dr Andaleb Kholmukhamedov is currently Research Scientist at the Blood Center of Wisconsin. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2006 from Samarkand State Medical Institute, Uzbekistan. His primary specialization is pediatrics. In 2014 he graduated from Postdoctoral Training Program at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC, USA in 2014.After completing his postdoctoral training, he accepted a Research Scientist position at the Blood Research Institute at Blood Center of Wisconsin, where he has been working for more than 3 years. During this
time, he developed new methodologies to further understand the role of
platelets in primary hemostasis as well as in pathologic thrombosis.
He is currently an active member of American Heart Association, American Society of Hematology, International Society of Thrombosis & Haemostasis, Hemostasis & Thrombosis Research Society and more.
