Biography
Dr. Abdul Majeed is currently working as lecturer in Botany at the Department of Botany, Government Degree College Naguman Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Pakistan). He graduated from University of Peshawar (Pakistan) during 2005. In 2016, he procured Ph.D. in Botany from Hazara University Mansehra (Pakistan). A fellowship grant worth more than two million Pakistani Rupees (PKR) was awarded to him for his Ph.D. studies by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad, Government of Pakistan, through 5000 Indigenous Ph.D. Fellowship Program (BatchIV). Currently, he is actively engaged in ?wheat salt-tolerance transgenic project? in collaboration with Associate Professor Dr. Zahir Muhammad at Botany Department, University of Peshawar. Dr. Abdul Majeed has been member of the editorial boards for the following journals:
