He is graduated in Philosophy and History. University of Bucharest and has master degree in the Management of European Projects, University of Craiova. He is a qualified trainer of trainers working for long time as trainer at national and European level. He is one of the national experts of the Romanian Agency of Quality Assurance in Education (ARACIP).He worked for long time as teacher of   social sciences, psychology, sociology. He has a large experience in school management as headmaster and school inspector (1979-2001).Since 2001, he has been working as trainer and European project manager in the regional Teachers’ Training Center of Dolj county. He has expertise and experience in analyzing the needs of training, in creating, organizing and coordinating the training programs and in creating and disseminating methodological tools.
