Biography

Rapson Gomez is a professor of Health Department in Federation University Australia. He has done PhD from University of Melbourne, Master of Science in Psychology from University of Stirling (UK), Diploma in Applied Child Psychology from University of Stirling (UK) and Bachelor of Science (Hons) from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK). His research and teaching interests include developmental psychopathology, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, applications of structural equation models and item response theory models in construct validation of childhood psychological disorders, biological theories of personality (especially Gray's reinforcement sensitivity theory) and their applications in psychopathology, social cognitions in children with and without psychopathology as well as infant attachment.
