Leroi Henry started her career at Lambrakis Research Foundation in Greece working in the area of technology and education before moving to the UK to continued studies. After completing her PhD at LSE, Henry worked as a consultant researcher on a GLA funded project on Anti social behaviour.  Henry then joined Working Lives Research Institute in 2005 as a Research Fellow on an ESF funded project researching disadvantage and discrimination in the London labour market.

Main research and teaching interests include disadvantage and discrimination in the labour market, precarious work, equality and diversity, social divisions and migration, including undocumented migration.
