Prof. Schmieder is a nationally and internationally recognized neurosurgeon who specializes in the treatment of brain tumors and degenerative diseases of the spine and the therapy of vascular malformations and intracranial bleeding. In the past four years she headed the neurosurgery at the University Medical Centre Mannheim. summer 2008, she became full professor to Mannheim. |
