| Biography | ||
Dr. Krishna Reddy Kakumanu is an agricultural economist and obtained his PhD from Justus Liebig University, Germany in 2008. He is working with IWMI from 2009 with the expertise on the economics of Irrigation water management and climate change. The special task is to develop vulnerability index, estimate the impact of climate change and adaptation strategies, optimisation resources due to the climate change in major river basins in India. He has published his findings in international journals and books and has a wide experience in field experimentation and capacity building programs. |
