As Director of Moffitt Diversity at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Centre & Research Institute, Ms Grant leads a team of professionals responsible for Moffitt’s outreach, language translation, and overall diversity efforts; identifying and supporting the implementation of programs and strategies to increase access to care for minority, underserved, and underinsured populations. She joined Moffitt in 2006. Prior to joining Moffitt, she was an AVP/Program Manager at the Citigroup Foundation .Since relocating to Tampa, she held several managerial positions with the University of South Florida. She is a graduate of the City University of New York’s Bernard M. Baruch College School of Public Administration, earning a Master of Public Administration. She is a graduate of Leadership Hillsborough and Leadership Tampa Bay, and sits on the board of trustees for Healthy Together and the Tampa Museum of Art.
