Biography

At present he is working as Post-doctoral Research Fellow on 'High-throughput data analysis (RNA-Seq, Microarray, ChIP-seq), study the role of TGR5/FXR/Sirt3/ERRα in diabetes and obesity disease' at University of Colorado Denver, CO, USA. He completed his Ph. D. of Chemical biology Institutes of Biomedical Sciences, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. He had a good knowledge on software projects. He has almost 14 publications in international journals which covers Genome-wide analysis of CCCH, DOCA-salt model, Expression analysis of protein, Biological Chemistry, Cell injury measurements, pancreatitis in mice, G protein-coupled Receptor, Diabetic Mice and Mice independent of FXR. He has h-index 6 and i10-index 5 from Google Scholar.

Experiment skills: Recombinant DNA technology, Gene obtainment, Vector construction, Northern Blot, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, RT-PCR, Real time PCR, protein isolation and purification, Microscopic investigation, bacterial isolation and cultivation, Transformant screen and Determination, cell culture, ELISA, Pull-Down Assays, Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), Mass Spectrometry, luciferase assay, Immunofluorescence Microscopy (Zeiss 780 microscope), SHG and TPE microscopy for label-free imaging of collagen and related structures (Zeiss 780 microscope), Real-time Imaging of Ca2+ Mobilization and Degranulation (Zeiss 780 microscope), animal (mouse and rat) handing, I/P injection and oral gavage, animal surgery (model of acute pancreatitis), the skill of breeding KO-mice. Bioinformatics skills: Experience of data processing and statistics analysis of microarray, Next Generation sequencing and MS/MS, knowledge of bioinformatics algorithm, skill of R, Matlab and Bioperl.
