Biography

Regarding research, during her junior residency at VSSMC, Burla, Odisha she had done a prospective study on clinico-pathologycal correlation of skin and adnexal tumor. She had published two papers in my post-graduation study. About health care, during her MD training programme, she was rotated through Hematology, Cytology, Surgical Pathology, Regional Diagnostic center, and Blood Bank. After her post-graduation she joined as senior resident at AIIMS, New Delhi. During my senior residency at AIIMS. She developed pathological skills in diagnosing the vast spectrum of haematological malignancies by bone marrow examination, flowcytometry, cytogenetic and molecular studies. She had worked in myeloma clinic and built my expertisation in electrophoresis, immunofixation and serum free light chain analysis. She was committed to high standard of patient care, clinical documentation, and record keeping. She developed good diagnostic approach, theoretical knowledge supported by commitment to continuing education.
