Biography
Sirin A. I. Adham serves as an assistant professor in department of biology in Sultan Qaboos University. She serves as an editorial board member for Journal of Neoplasm. She is mostly interested in epigenetics, pyrogenetics etc.
Research Interest
I am interested in finding new biomarkers to be used in the personalized medicine settings using all the new advanced molecular technologies such as next generation sequencing and pyrosequencing to understand the genetic, epigenetic changes that occur dynamically throughout the development of tumors. I am also interested in utilizing the proteomics analysis to validate new biomarkers that can aid either in the treatment or diagnosis of the different types and subtypes of breast cancer.
